- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Branch Banking Operations & Sales.
- Experience in Insurance and Cross Selling.
- Good command of Local Language and English.
- Graduation from a recognized university.
- Age: 21–35 Years.
Branch Sales Manager
- Minimum 4–6 years of Branch Banking experience.
- 100% Sales profile.
- Strong performance in CASA, Term Deposit and Life Insurance Sales.
- Graduation required.
- Age: 21–35 Years.
Assistant Branch Head
- Minimum 4–6 years of Branch Banking experience.
- At least one year in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of Banking Operations and Compliance.
- Team handling experience preferred.
- Age: 21–35 Years.
RM Affluent Business
- Minimum 5 years of Banking experience.
- Should be a performing Relationship Manager.
- Experience in sourcing NTB Elite Accounts, Personal Loan, Gold Loan, Home Loan and Third Party Products.
- Age: 21–35 Years.
Educational Qualification
- Graduation from a recognized University.
